There are so many things that I've seen recently in the stores & online that I would LOVE to have & would make my building/refinishing/crafting life easier & better :) I have compiled some of the things that are currently on my "wish list". Obviously, this is going to take a long time for me to obtain these things, if ever. It's not a list that could be knocked out in one holiday, or even two (considering my birthday is in January!). Or that I could just go to the store & buy everything for myself. By the time I'm able to purchase some of these things there will likely be new better models out, but, for now, I want them nonetheless.
The first thing, which I've talked about wanting a few times on this blog, is a miter saw. I don't need anything super fancy, but I DO want one with a laser line so that my cuts can be very exact. I like this one, but I'd have to get the laser separately to attach to it. It's the Dewalt Model #DW713 15 Amp with a 10 in. blade.
Next up is the Kreg Jig! This would make my building life so much easier! The Kreg Jig allows you to make perfect pocket holes in wood for building projects. These two things are at the TOP of my wish list, they are pretty much necessities if I ever want to build something with drawers. Plus, they'll eventually have many more uses than just building furniture... especially if/when we ever buy a house... someday.
I also really want a Dremel Trio. Oh my gosh this thing is awesome! It's a sander, AND a jig saw, AND a router all in one! And you can get it all for under $100... whaaaaa!?! Amazing. Need!
I would love to get the machine everyone seems to be talking about lately: the Silhouette Cameo. I've never had a Silhouette or any kind of crazy cutter tool like this & am constantly seeing awesome things done with them. I would love to get my hands on one, I feel like the projects created with it would be never ending :)
Annie Sloan chalk paint & wax. I haven't gotten to try it yet & I really really want to! There's not any
stockists in my area though, so I would have to order it & have it delivered. I feel like I'd want to try something more daring than just white. Maybe something like Chateau Grey or Scandinavian Pink?
I sooo want a pouf! They are so flippin' cute & versatile! I would like one that would fit with our decor in many different rooms. Something that we can take with us whenever we move & put it in different places as needed. I really like the ones by

I would love to have a power sprayer. Do you realize how much faster painting would be if I had one of these babies! It seems to me the best option for me right now would be a Wagner Power Sprayer. Especially since you don't need a compressor for them. Like this one:
I need a sewing machine. It's official. Not only would I be able to hem my own pants if I had one (I'm 5'0, I need to get pants hemmed all. the. time.) I'd also be able to make pretty pillows & curtains & table runners & the list goes on & on... But, I know nothing about sewing machines, so I don't even know what to look for. I don't need anything super fancy, just be able to sew straight lines & such. Ha! Something easy to figure out. Any suggestions? Maybe a simple
