I loooove it! So simple, but so fun! I wrapped a foam wreath with soft green yarn. Which, you may know, takes forever, but looks awesome when it was done. Then I grabbed my hot glue gun and got to work! The silver bells I had in a box from something last year. I think they came on something that I received, I remember cutting them off of something, but I can't remember what. The red bells are a little larger, and I got them in a pack from JoAnn's Fabric for a couple dollars.
I glued the red & silver bells onto the wreath randomly. I tried to spread out the silver ones, as there was less of them than there were of the red. I think I did a pretty good job at making it look as random as possible.
Once the bells were all attached, I took a little white bird that I also got at JoAnn's & attached it with hot glue above the bells in the middle of the wreath. Hehe, it's sitting in a nest of bells. So cute! I had originally wanted an owl to sit in there, but I couldn't find one that I liked. I liked this birdy, so I decided on the bird instead.
What do you think of this wreath? I love it for the Christmas holiday! I put it up on the door for pictures over the weekend but then I put my autumn wreath back up. I told my husband I'll switch them out the day after Thanksgiving. You know, gotta keep that pretty colorful fall wreath out as long as possible too :)
