Slouchy Hats are so Fun!

I've seen a lot of people around here wearing these cute slouchy hats lately, and since I'm on a giant crocheting kick right now, of coarse I had to make one for myself.  I found this pattern on Craftsy for free, so I decided to go with that for my first slouchy ever.

I love it!  It was pretty quick to whip up, and it's fun how it's two tones of the same color.  Peach is one of my favorites!

I like the small contrast stitching at the front of the hat too.

I always feel so awkward taking pictures like this do you?  Oh, just so you know, people always mistake the graphic on the sweatshirt I'm wearing to be a gun, but it's not, it's a map of the Chicago Marathon that I ran in 2011 (see that story here!).  Just so you don't all think I'm crazy :)
